DESIGN INSPIRED BY NATURE

"

Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature.
It will never fail you.

Frank Lloyd Wright

"

An exhibition of design objects, lights, colors, and plants that pays homage to nature as a boundless source of creativity and joy, celebrating the art of bringing the outdoors indoors through organic forms, natural materials, and ecological thinking. Curated by Anna Carnick and Wava Carpenter of Pamono and Anava Projects.

Cabinets of Color Curiosities

Milena Kling x Wishbone

Elegant Specimens specially features Cabinets of Color Curiosities, a site-specific installation by Berlin designer Milena Kling. Carnick and Carpenter invited Kling to draw inspiration from Farrow & Ball‘s new paint collection while creating an environment that complements the designer‘s color-driven glass works. Kling collaborated with botanical artists Wishbone for her contemporary take on cabinets of curiosities, which feature colourful ikebana arrangements in her new mouth-blown Sphere Glass Bowl collection for Studio Hausen as well as her experimental copper editions the Alchemist, Natural Ruby and Circle.
